Job Description
Brief Outline
A well-established company are looking for a client-side Project Manager, who can oversee multiple construction projects across Africa
The work will predominantly be in Central and Southern Africa, with a focus on monitoring the timing and costing of multiple schemes

About our Client
The client are an established and market leading group of companies, with a rich history of bringing key infrastructure and new developments to the African region
They are renowned for producing some of the largest hotels, apartments and industrial buildings on the continent

About the Role
1. Managing contractors
2. Commercial responsibility for multiple large-scale projects
3. Liaising with Design and Commercial team
4. Regular progress meetings with the client as well as contractors on site
5. Contract Administration
6. Ensuring project delivery to time scale and appropriate cost
7. Deliver associated infrastructure (roads, drainage, enabling works)

About the Candidate
1. Qualified Civil Engineer
2. At least 10 years of on-site project management experience
3. Commercial experience within estimating and surveying is desirable
4. Exceptional communication skills
5. Experience working on the client-side of projects
6. Proven track record with available references
