JOB DETAILS:

Lancet Laboratories Uganda is seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join their team as a Client Relations Officer. The role is centered on ensuring excellent service delivery, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing effective solutions that support customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relations Officer, your duties may include, but are not limited to:
1. Client Engagement:
o Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
o Address client inquiries professionally and resolve complaints promptly.
o Maintain strong and positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
2. Communication & Problem-Solving:
o Actively listen to clients’ needs and provide timely solutions.
o Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and effective communication.
o Prepare and present client reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
3. Administrative Support:
o Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure proper documentation and service continuity.
o Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
o Assist with scheduling and managing appointments for lab services.
4. Sales and Marketing Support:
o Support the sales team in identifying client needs and offering suitable products/services.
o Assist in promoting Lancet’s brand and services to new potential clients.
5. Compliance and Professionalism:
o Ensure adherence to company policies and uphold confidentiality at all times.
o Stay updated with Lancet’s laboratory procedures and services to provide informed responses.

Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Education:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry or a related Science field.
2. Experience:
o At least 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role, such as client relations, customer service, or sales.
3. Skills and Competencies:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
o Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
