Description
Job Summary: The Communications Officer will support all MRCU technical arms to ensure effective and efficient communication. The Communications officer will also serve as the Liaison person with the Group Communications team to ensure vibrant coverage of MRCU events, a functional and updated website and social media platforms as well as Partnerships engagements.

Qualifications
Education and Aptitude:
• Bachelors of Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or any Job-related experience and knowledge:
• At least 2 years in a communication related role
• Possess a solid understanding of effective communication and marketing techniques and software.
• Must have excellent writing and editing skills.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge in use of basic Microsoft Databases (MS Access, MS Excel)
• Knowledge of Website Manipulation

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
