This Addendum No.2 is to the Invitation for bids as per details in the table above; changes have been made as follows:
• The Bids must remain valid until 2 April 2025
• The Bid Security shall be valid until: 30 April 2025
• The Bid Submission shall be 18 October 2024 at 11:00 AM
• The Bid Opening shall be 18 October 2024 at 11:30 AM.
• Lot 1 the bid security changes from UGX 380,000,000 to UGX 287,595,218
• Lot 2 the bid security changes from UGX 340,000,000 to UGX 302,790,899
• Lot 3 the bid security changes from UGX 200,000,000 to UGX 176,387,221 The rest of the provisions in the Bid document remain unchanged.
• The bids shall be submitted to the address below.
