Trocaire, an international NGO for global Development, is looking to recruit talented and experienced individuals to fill the consultant position mentioned below.
Reporting to: Project Coordinator Based in Gulu

Project background
Trocaire Uganda in partnership with the Joint Acholi Sub-Region Leader's Forum (JASLF) secured another grant from the Democratic Governance Facility (DGF) to implement an 18 months research project; "lnstituting the Protection of Rights to Customary Land Ownership in Acholiland". The goal of the project is: “To strengthen the security of customary and communal land tenure in Acholiland through piloting new approaches based on research, consultation and advocacy".

Trocaire in collaboration with the Technical Committee of the Joint Acholi Sub-region Leader’s
Forum invites suitably qualified individuals to fill the consultant positions below;

Consultancy to conduct an assessment of the organizational capacity of the Joint Acholi Sub- region Leaders Forum and build their capacity as per outcomes of the assessment.
