JOB DETAILS:
Our Client is looking for a cook to join their team.
Reports to: Administrative Officer
Responsibilities
1. Preparing meals and serving trainees at the Training Centre in a timely manner.
2. Ensure that the kitchen, dining areas, equipment and utensils are all properly cleaned and correctly stored and ready for use at all times.
3. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and that any defects are reported promptly to the Administrative Officer.
4. Serve the trainees food in accordance to the school’s portion control.
5. Ensure that all personal and food hygiene procedures are applied at all time.
