Design, Manufacture and Supply of 2 Gate Rollers- Nalubaale Power Station - UEGCL/SPLS/22-23/20268

Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Design, Manufacture and Supply of 2 Gate Rollers. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 9:00am-4:00pm
The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non- refundable fee of UGX 150,000= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Fifty Thousand Only). The method of payment will be UEGCL A/C No. 9030011177327 Stanbic Bank.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am of Friday 21 July, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 15,000,000= (Uganda Shillings Fifteen Million Only). Bid securities must be valid until Friday 29 December, 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:10am of Tuesday 6 June, 2023
