About the job

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Post all media content for various brands on a daily basis on all social media platforms as planned according to the hotel marketing strategy

- Oversee digital marketing (and the various campaigns) such as SEO, pay-per-click ads (Google Ads, social media ads). Social media marketing, content marketing, traditional marketing, marketing analytics for various brands.

- Create business marketing strategies for various brands including traditional and digital media.

- Carry out the various brands' voice and presence in the digital and traditional media spaces

- Develop a marketing strategy with the team and follow through monthly, quarterly and yearly for various brands.

- Regularly research about the various brands and how to fulfill their marketing needs. Ensure all current marketing and copywriting regulation follow through with Simba Group guidelines and standards and standards

- Regularly research competitors and their performance in the respective industry within Kampala, East African and Africa

- Oversee traditional marketing such as print, radio, billboards, and television and that they are executed monthly

- Oversee that all tasks needed for the various brands are executed by both the media and graphics teams and approved by the head of marketing on a daily basis

- Regularly strategize, brainstorm and execute the marketing plans each month, quarter and year for the various brands

- Collaborate with management weekly to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies

- Manage relationships and shoot schedules with the other departments such as sales, food & beverage, general managers, other brand leads of the various brands etc

- Handle and decide on partnerships and sponsorships for the various brands with the Head of Marketing and General Managers

- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for various brands.

- Daily management of various brands such as a women's online community, personal brands and an online learning platform

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3 to 4 years as a Digital Marketing associate, specializing in Digital Ads such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc
