We are looking for the following full-time and permanent roles to join our East African team. Farm Africa has operations across East Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda) and we are flexible about where these roles will be located.
Post: Director of Operations & Delivery
Salary: £65,000 per annum.

We are looking for a Director of Operations & Delivery, who will play a key role in leadingthe efficient, effective delivery and continuous improvement of Farm Africa's programme portfolio and will manage our country offices in East Africa. You will strategically lead our country directors and business development team to deliver high quality programmes and raise £20,000,000 - £30,000,000 of funding annually.
