EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALL IN ONE CANTEEN, TRAINING ROOM AND OFFICES AT ENVIROSERV WASTE
TREATMENT FACILITY IN NYAMASOGA, HOIMA DISTRICT.
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: EUL-CPX-08-2024/2025
Background
EnviroServ(U) Ltd seeks to engage the services of a qualified Ugandan Contractor with expertise in Construction, Structural, Drainage and Fabrication Works to undertake Construction and to Completion of its Proposed All in One Canteen, Training Room, Offices, Changing Rooms & Washrooms at its Waste Management Facility, Nyamasoga Village, Kabaale Sub county, Hoima District.
Bidders who meet the requirements listed below can request for the necessary Architectural, Structural Designs for a link through this email. Rebecca.mbabazi@enviroserv.co.za.
Instruction to Bidders.
The above procurement procedure is subject to open Bidding.
• All bidders to Submit sealed Bids of not less than three copies on bid opening date.
• Opening of All Bids shall be witnessed and in the presence of All bidders who will attend on 11th September 2024, 14:00 Hours at Nyamasoga Waste Management Site Board Room.
• Registration on National Supplier Database (NSD) is a MUST.
• Tax clearance.
• Bidders are further instructed to submit the following.
• Proof of Registration on National Supplier Database (NSD) Certificate of Incorporation
• Proof of Financial capacity to undertake the eventual Works.
• Proof of previous execution of Similar Project.
• Possession of relevant certifications/licensing from local and national authorities.
• Company form
LATE SUBMISSION SHALL BE REJECTED
