Total Energies EP UGANDA (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2 North, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest in the provision of two (2) Workover Rigs for Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North Workover Campaign in Uganda.

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:
COMPANY intends to issue a future Call for Tender for the provision of two (2) Workover Rigs for Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North Workover Campaign in Uganda, based on either Rental or Purchase.
COMPANY seeks to identify a rig company possessing or capable of providing two (2) identical onshore workover rigs (new or already existing), suitable for its workover campaign scheduled to commence in the 4th Quarter of 2025 for the life of Field (ie. 20+ years). The Rigs shall comply with COMPANY's technical requirements to perform efficiently the workover operations. It must consider environmental constraints (ie. CO2/GHG emissions, visual impact, noise pollution) and be sufficiently compact to have great flexibility in its deployment and movement. It must be fast and mobile, with the shortest possible 'Rig Up'/'Rig Down' times. Potential bidders shall be encouraged to submit bids with innovative and efficient technologies, proposed to achieve COMPANY'S requirement and objectives.
Interested parties (individual firms or proposed partnerships) shall, as a minimum, be required to demonstrate the following:
1. Proven experience in either construction/sale or Rental/Operations of onshore Rigs for Drilling and/or workover operations for an international oil company or major operator.
2. Demonstrated commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations;
3. Current registration to; or application to be registered to; the National Supplier Database for the year 2023.
4. Proof of being suitably resourced with personnel with substantial qualifications and experience in the required services.
5. Proof of good financial solvency to deliver the services required.
6. Proof of appropriate Quality, Health, Safety, Social, Security and Environment policies, procedures, and processes in compliance with applicable national and industry standards.

Interested companies/entities who meet the above minimum requirements shall submit a request by email (attaching company profile) to: ep-ugep-dw-contractandprocurement@totalenergies.com for a pre-qualification questionnaire on or before 17h00 Kampala time 21 June 2023 and quoting "Prequalification Questionnaire request Ref No CTR077088 for Provision of two (2) Workover Rigs for Tilenga CA-1 & LA-2 North Workover Campaign
