Companies interested in this call must submit their EOI to participate in the procurement process for the supply of materials and spare parts by sending the following mandatory documentation:

2. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Companies interested in this call must submit their (EOI) by sending all the requested documentation to the following email address: meecoug.eol@mota-engil.ug

3. IMPORTANT
4. a) The email to be sent must refer to the object of the Public Announcement Supply of Materials and Spare Parts. b) MEECA will carry out an evaluation of the documentation requested above and, if it meets the requirements, it will move on to the next step of due diligence and compliance. Only after completing and validating the due diligence and compliance process MEECA will include the supplier in the list of potential suppliers for the proposed materials and spare parts.
5. c) The purpose of the requested information and documents is to identify qualified and experienced companies that have proven capacity so that they can be considered as companies with the potential to enter the list of competitors for supply of the materials and spare parts d) This announcement should not be considered as an invitation to competition and does not represent or constitute any promise, offer, obligation or commitment of any kind on the part of MEECA or its Client to enter into any contract with its or any other participating COMPANY of this consultation, being MEECA's sole responsibility the free selection and invitation to any company to respond to any tender that it may request.
6. e) All data and information provided during the process should not be considered as a commitment by MEECA to enter into any agreement or contract with your COMPANY, nor will it give your COMPANY the right to claim any compensation.
7. f) The data and information marked as "confidential" provided in accordance with this consultation will be treated as confidential by MEECA and/or its Clients and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons or companies. For the benefit of doubt, all MEECA employees have confidentiality clauses to respect that same confidentiality.
8. g) The maximum deadline for sending the Expression of Interest by the e-mail indicated above is set for 28/02/2023, after which no further applications will be accepted.
9. h) Any costs incurred by companies interested in preparing the Expression of Interest will be the sole responsibility of the companies themselves and will be fully borne by them, which will not be entitled to any reimbursement by MEECA and these companies will not be entitled to any claims against MEECA.
