Job Purpose:
The Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating battery cases, battery receivers, and mounts for conversion kits based on provided specifications. The role involves polishing, spotting, and completing full welding on fabricated parts. You will ensure that all components meet the required standards for quality and precision, supporting GOGO Electric’s mission to deliver innovative, high-performance electric motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Fabrication of Battery Cases and Receivers
• Fabricate battery cases and battery receivers as per provided measurements, ensuring precise cutting and fitting of materials.
• Perform spot welding and full welding on battery cases to ensure structural integrity and durability.

2. Polishing and Finishing:
• Polish fabricated battery cases and components, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Inspect and finish parts, removing any imperfections to prepare them for assembly.

3. Preparation of Conversion Kit Materials:
• Fabricate and prepare mounts and other materials required for electric motorcycle conversion kits, ensuring they fit precisely.
• Ensure all materials are ready for assembly and properly organized for production teams.

4. Welding and Structural Integrity:
• Complete full welding on fabricated components to ensure long-lasting strength and reliability.
• Regularly inspect welding quality and conduct necessary corrections to meet safety requirements

The Ideal Candidate:
• Diploma or certification in welding, metal fabrication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in fabrication, with a focus on welding, cutting, and finishing.
• Strong skills in spot welding, full welding, and using fabrication tools, with experience in vehicle or EV-related work being an advantage.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with an eye for detail, ensuring every component meets exact specifications.
• Skilled in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
