Job Summary
The Factory Manager oversees all aspects of factory operations to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the factory.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials.
• Lead and motivate factory staff to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during production.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in administration, food science, human resource, accounting,
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills (Advantage):
• Knowing and speaking Chinese is an added advantage.
