JOB DETAILS:
Our client seeks to hire a committed and experienced professional to fill the position of FARM PROJECTS MANAGER. The position requires strong and practical knowledge of Agricultural Business skills. .

Job Description: The Farm Projects Manager will be responsible for:
• The daily planning, organization, supervision and administration of activities on the farm.
• Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Records keeping and preparing of periodic financial and operational reports.
• Supervising farm workers to ensure work progresses satisfactorily
• Ensuring that the farm projects are profitable and meet the projected financial targets.

Key Requirements
• Knowledge of Agricultural Economics and Farm Accounting.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources.
• Management of financial resources and accountability for cash flows.
• Ability to work and reside in remote areas.
• Self-motivated, cooperative and flexible.

Qualifications and skills
• Diploma in Agribusiness from any recognized Institution.
• Minimum experience of three (3) years organizing and managing commercial Agricultural Projects.
• Demonstrated good organizational and record keeping skills.
• Demonstrated good communication skills.
• Agricultural marketing and sales skills.
• Team work and leadership skills.
