Title: Full Stack Developer
Department: Information Technology
Reports to: Team Leader

Job Purpose: The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, and maintaining our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and efficient user experience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate company needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design, development, and maintain the front-end and back-end of our web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with the UX/UI designers to implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
• Develop and integrate APIs for internal use and by external partner.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve functionality and address any issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and apply them within the company where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Some experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role is not required but an added advantage.
• Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, PHP) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js).
• Experience with database technology (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work within deadlines.
