JOB DETAILS:
The Deposit Protection Fund of Uganda (“the Fund” or “DPF”) is a Government of Uganda agency charged with ensuring that depositors of financial institutions regulated by Bank of Uganda are paid their protected deposits in the unlikely event of closure of a Contributing Institutions (Cl). The Fund was established as a legal entity following the enactment of the Financial institutions (Amendment) Act, 2016 with the following mandates:
a) To be a deposit insurance scheme for customers of deposit taking institutions regulated by Bank of Uganda.
b) To act as a receiver or liquidator of any closed contributing institution if appointed by Bank of Uganda.

The Fund is hereby seeking suitably qualified, enthusiastic, and hardworking Ugandans to fill the following position:
