Job details:
Pearl Engineering Company Ltd, an indigenous construction company needs a suitably qualified and competent INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGER (IMS Manager).

The company is ISO certified to ISO 9001: 2008; lS014001:
2004; and 0HAS1B001:2007.
The IMS Manager is coordinator for the implementation of the integrated Management System (integrating the three management systems of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety). S/he is required to work with Line Managers to ensure our certification status is maintained and upgraded toMthe latest ISO versions.

Key Accountabilities:- .
1. Internal Audits of the lMS & following through with corrective actions.
2. Training and creating lMS awareness through the company operations. ‘
3. Revision of the IMS Documents to meet latest lSO releases of the three management systems.
4. Maintaining ISO certification status through the surveillance audits and recertification audits.

Candidate Profile:-
1. Practical knowledge on Documentation and implementation of Integrated Management System — Quality Management System to ISO 9000 ; Environmental Management System to lS0 14000 and Occupational Health and Safety to OHAS 1800112007.
2. At least 3 years working experience involving any of the three management systems.
3. A Bachelor’s degree — A good degree in an engineering field would be an added advantage.
4. Have prior training in the three management systems.
