INVITATION OF BIDS FOR PROVISION OF CATERING AND CANTEEN SERVICES FOR JCRC STAFF

REF JCRC/SVRS/22-23/13689.

1. Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) is desirous to get a service provider for provision of catering and canteen services for staff.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8.30 am to 4.00pm.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= to our cashier in finance and administration block.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in No 7(a) at or before 18th January, 2023 at 10:30am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) on 18th January,2023 at 11:00am.

7. (a) Documents may be inspected, issued and delivered at: JCRC-Lubowa Administration Block, Procurement and Disposal unit.

(b) Address of bid opening: JCRC Administration Block, Board room.
