INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
Yumbe District Local Government has received funds from MOFPED and intends to use these funds for construction works and consultancy services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Goverment of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
Yumbe District Local Government now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Contactors and Firms for these works.
Eligible Bidders may purchase bidding documents from the District and seek further clarification from; The Secretary, Yumbe District Contracts Committee PO BOX 1 Yumbe
Bid documents will be obtained at a non refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for item 1-6 & UGX 60,000 for item
Supply of Desks LOT1 58, LOT2 59, LOT3 59, LOT4 59, LOTS 59, LOT6 18
Borehole silting & drilling supervision LOT1 10, LOT2 11
NB: Conditions of Bidding are in the bidding document.
(a) All prices Quoted must be in Ugandan shillings.
(b) All applications must be properly sealed in ENVELOPES and marked "Tender for... .......and addressed
to:- Secretary Contracts Committee. P.O.BOX 1, Yumbe District Local Government sealed in Triplicate, one original and two copies to be delivered to the above Office not later than 29 September 2023, at 11:30a.m.
Opening shall be conducted the same day at 12:00 pm in PDU.
2-10 To be paid through the IRAS system after obtaining (d) Bidders or their Representatives are invited to witness Bid payment request number from the cashier.

Construction of 3 classroom block at Kilaji, Gojuru, Mulumbe, Okoi, Aliapi, Yiba PS
Renovation of 2 classroom block at Takwa, Rimbe PS. Planning Unit, OPD at Aliapi HC
Opening.
Drilling of boreholes LOT1 10, LOT2 11
Construction of 5 stance VIP latrine at Kilaji, Gojuru, Mulumbe, Okol, Aliapi PS. 4 stance at Allapi PS
Fencing of Inspectors house at Odavu PS, Construction of Slaughter slab at Okuban trading centre.
