Invitation for applications from suitably qualified and competent Firms/ Companies for the construction tender at Direct Aid Society (DAS)

Direct Aid Society (DAS) Uganda invites applications from suitably qualified and competent Firms/ Companies for the construction of:

a- A village water supply system at Bweyale Refugee Settlement Camp (Project No. 2024UGAWAT5033).

b- Production wells in various parts of the country

c- Hand pump boreholes in various parts of the country

Conditions for Invitation to Tender:

1.            Complete set of bidding documents in English language can be obtained from DAS Offices during normal working hours from g:00 AM to d:00 PM. Alternatively, an email request can be sent to the following email address: Eng.uganda@direct-aid.org and copy uganda@direct-aid.org

2.            Closing date for submission of bids is Tuesday, 23rd April 2025.

3.            Public bid opening may be held on 25th April 2025 at 10:00 AM in the boardroom in the Presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.

4.            Bidders shall be required to submit 1 copy in addition to the original documents.

5.            Company profile should be one copy and binded separately from projects biding document.

Application Submission:

Applications must be submitted in duly sealed envelopes clearly marked "BID FOR PROJECT"
