Requirements:• Nationality must be Ugandan Citizen
• More than 5 years of work experience as a related Chef
• Capable of Cooking Indian, Pakistani, and Ugandan Food
• Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Certification in Culinary Skills is preferred
National Content Manager cum HR OfficerResponsibilities:• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the client and company's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all content is in line with the client's and PAU's requirements
• Fill and Submit Monthly & Quarterly national content reports, and monthly employment log to the client with correct information on time Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company's content remains relevant and engaging
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening resumes
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
• Maintain accurate employee attendance records and make the payroll for employees
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in National Content Management and HR
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
