Given the increased demand for our services, CV people global seeks to engage local & international experienced, competent, self-mo¬tivated, and dynamic experts on an on-call basis to facilitate our growing management and leadership training programs.

Job description
A management and leadership trainer is responsible for developing and implementing leadership and management training curricula for a variety of organizations. The job involves facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars. They provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individual leaders. The trainer evaluates the effectiveness of management and leadership programs and makes adjustments as needed. The job responsibilities of a management and leadership trainer include;
· Develop and implement management and leadership training curricula for a variety of organizations.
· Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
· Develop and design management and leadership development programs.
· Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individual leaders.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of management and leadership training programs and make adjustments as needed.
· Design materials, such as handouts, activities, and assessments, to support the training program.
· Research new and innovative methods for training.
· Keep up with trends in management and leadership development and best practices.
· Utilize technology, including multimedia and virtual platforms, to enhance training programs.
· Monitor and track participant progress in management and leadership training programs.

· Carry out remote learner sessions and reviews in a timely manner
· Assess and coach Leadership and Management up to Level
· Support learners on a one-to-one basis through numerous means (face to face and remote).

Requirements
Qualification and experience
· Must hold a masters degree in Social sciences, public administration, leadership and management, or any other related discipline
· A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a training position.

· Experience of delivering Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and/or Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeships
