Our client, a leading financial institution in the microfinance sub-sector in Uganda, is seeking to fill the vacant positions below:

Job Title: Manager Strategy Planning & Implementation
Reports to: Head Quality Assurance Services
Purpose:
Coordinate the Development the Corporate Strategic and Annual Work Plan Processes Monitors and Reports on the implementation of the Strategic and the Annual Corporate Plan Performance against Set Targets.

Qualifications and experience:
• Honors degree in any of the following fields; Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Development Finance and Banking or any other related discipline from a recognized University / Institution.
• Master's degree in Economics, Commerce, Micro Finance, Banking, Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized University / Institution.
• Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage specializing in CFA, CIMA, CIA, ICSA.
• Post graduate qualification in Risk or Project Management is desirable.
• Proficiency in computer skills in analytical software packages i.e.SPSS or SAS is a must.
• Eight (08) years of progressive working experience in Strategy design and implementation field with at least 4 years related work experience at the middle management level in a busy commercial entity
