Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Provide Environmental information and training to contractors and Project personnel.

• Investigates environmental incidents to review causes, recommending action for elimination of hazards or changes to work practices.
• Promote safe working practices and environmental protection awareness in all Project personnel and contractors.
• Oversee all environmental affairs, including ensuring regulatory compliance, developing site environmental protection programs, conducting environmental monitoring programs and liaising with government agencies and community relations groups as required.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and work areas to assess compliance with Project’s legal and contractual environmental management specifications. Record findings and facilitate implementation of any corrective and/or improvement actions required to ensure Environmental and Social compliance of site and work activities is maintained in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Ensure the Environment Manager and Resident Superintendent(s) remain regularly informed of environmental and social compliance status and issues as and when they occur.
• Training of Project employees in environmental awareness topics programs and in onsite practices to be implemented in order to maintain compliance with the Project’s Environmental and Social management requirements
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external issues to improve Project environmental and social performance standards.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Essential Qualifications and Education: • Degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8-years of experience working within the construction industry major infrastructure projects, ideally oil and gas. At least 6 years of this experience must be in a role primarily responsible for implementing environmental management requirements on a site.
• Experience of major construction and/or mining processing operations
• Knowledge of environmental site investigation and remediation practices, including clean-up evaluations, and technical practicability determinations.
• Experience of QHSES systems
• Understanding of local and international environmental laws, regulations and norms

Job Overview: The Advanced Work Packaging Manager/Lead (AWP Manager/lead) is responsible for driving AWP implementation in the assigned project for the whole project lifecycle, interacting and coordinating with the different departments throughout the project, ensuring alignment mainly between Engineering, Procurement and Construction deliverables.
Successful candidates must have 10 or more years of relevant experience and recognized expertise in large international onshore/offshore oil and gas projects with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Leading the development, maintenance and data integrity of the Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and coordinating with Engineering and Supply chain management alignment to facilitate the development of the Path of Construction (PoC) which will be used as the basis for AWP compliant L3 schedule.
• As SME, provide guidance to the project team in the application of AWP, IM and WFP through the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to commissioning with all involved stakeholders, including JV partners, clients and subcontractors.
• Train and Guide project team members in the AWP and WFP planning methodology and software/tools to be used in the project.
• Produce templates, guidelines and project specific training plans as required.

• Monitor and facilitate subcontractor compliance with AWP/WFP guidelines by working with subcontracts team ensuring AWP requirements are established in contracts and providing clarifications as required.
• Foster AWP procedure implementation and collaborate in continuous improvement.
• Work with the different project department on Data Standardization and alignment.
• Liaise with the IT department lead the software implementation for tools needed to support AWP and WFP such as Smart Plant Construction, Smart Plant Materials, iCAPS, etc
• Lead interdisciplinary WIPP (Work Integration Planning Processes) sessions to better align different project department and project phases.

Essential Qualifications and Education: • Knowledge of AWP as a project management methodology and familiarity with all phases of a project lifecycle.
• Advanced knowledge Construction Planning software and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) Systems, Material Management system (SPM), Document Management, timekeeping systems and 3D model visualization tools.
• Thorough understanding of AWP and WFP process fundamentals and previous experience with WFP implementation in execution stages of previous projects.
• PMP certification is a plus
