JOB DETAILS:
GRADUATE RECRUITMENT EXERCISE (GRE)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant posts currently available in Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies. Applications should be filled ON-LINE not later than 13th March 2023.

Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics; or Statistics; or Mathematics; or Econometrics; or Monitoring and Evaluation, or Business Administration from a recognized University /Institution.

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for performing the following duties:-
• Collecting baseline data for each project component and all project indicators;
• Participating in the Monitoring and Evaluation of the projects and programmes in the Ministry and its Agencies;
• Drafting Monitoring and Evaluation activity reports on the performance of the Ministry and its Agencies;
• Participating in the development and review of log frame matrix and related tools in regard to performance indicators and their measurements;
• Providing input to policy briefs arising from key emerging issues;
• Collecting and inputting Monitoring and Evaluation data into the system;
• Participating in establishing a framework for involving stakeholder including beneficiaries of public services in the M&E process;
