Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics; or Development Economics; or Quantitative Economics; or Statistics; or Monitoring and Evaluation Studies; or Population Studies; or Business Statistics; or Actuarial Science from a recognized University / Institution

Working Experience

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the for performing the following duties:-

- Providing technical support in setting up and maintaining of monitoring and evaluation systems for programmes of the Councils;
- Collecting data and preparing and submitting monitoring and evaluation reports for the programmes to the relevant authorities;
- Developing and implementing a framework for monitoring and evaluation to document performance;
- Building staff capacity in the Council’s programmes;
- Collecting, analysing and validating data on Council’s projects, programmes and policies;
- Presenting and disseminating information on the performance of the Council’s projects, programmes and policies to relevant stakeholders;
- Providing technical support in planning and budgeting processes so as to ensure compliance with the monitoring and evaluation system, National Development Plan and other planning and budgeting requirements;
- Managing performance of staff;

- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
