JOB DETAILS:
Avanti Energy Services Limited, a leading Oil and Gas Human Resource Recruitment and Consultancy firm, is seeking a National Content Coordinator to support our client in the dynamic oil and gas sector. This is a critical role for a results-oriented professional committed to advancing national content goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance national content in line with oil and gas regulations.
2. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with national content laws, policies, and agreements.
3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for local capacity building and workforce development.
4. Supervising the development of national content plans and progress reports.
5. Liaising with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local communities on national content matters.
6. Coordinating training programs and initiatives to build local capacity within the sector.
7. Managing social responsibility projects and ensuring alignment with national content objectives.
8. Evaluating contractors’ and subcontractors’ compliance with national content obligations.
9. Establishing frameworks for the recruitment and engagement of local talent.
10. Providing technical support to the HR department on local employment strategies and practices.
11. Assisting in policy development to promote local participation in procurement and contracting.
12. Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with national content requirements.
13. Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of national content initiatives to stakeholders.
14. Supporting knowledge transfer initiatives between international and local employees.
15. Identifying risks related to national content compliance and developing mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Certification: Possession of valid and relevant education certificates.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, specifically related to national content, social affairs, or HR operations.
• Skills: Strong understanding of local content regulations, excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication skills.
