a Make the Oilfield Chemicals Project Marketing Development Plan and supervise the Implement.
A Make the Oilfield Chemicals Project Annual Budget Plan and supervise/Implement the Implement. Including Cost Control and Outstanding Payment Management.
a Manage and implement oilfield Chemicals Project KPI assigned by
Oilfield Chemicals Division.
a Form the Oilfield Chemicals Project team, optimize the HR and train
the cadres.
a Practice and execute company marketing development plan.
a Maintain relationship with clients. Coordinate resources to support the service line to provide better services.

Experience
a Bachelor degree or above
a Petroleum Engineering. Chemistry Application or the related
