Our client is a highly specialized Medical Service provider that offers pre-deployment and routine medical check-ups, on-site and remote-site medical services, international vaccination, travel medicine, DNA testing, highly quality diagnostic tests, occupational medicine, tropical and infectious diseases, surgery, admission and dental services.
Our client is a highly specialized Emergency Medical Service (EMS) provider that offers prompt, professional and affordable, basic and advanced life support services with a fleet of well-equipped ambulance vehicles manned by a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated emergency medical specialists.

Key Role
The Paramedic will provide Pre- Hospital Management and Ambulance transfer of critical patients and field deployment cover.

Specific roles & responsibilities
Daily duties
1. Assist patients in and out of the Ambulance
2. Camp health supervision and Food delivery supervisor
3. Pre- Hospital Management and Ambulance transfer of critical patients
4. Management of Total Energies quarantine centers.
5. Participate in Sample collection and Air Evacuation referrals.
6. Respond to emergency calls received by the dispatch team to move patients.
7. Assess patient’s condition on arrival at the emergency scene.
8. Monitor patient’s condition while on transit.
9. Assist patients in and out of the Ambulance.
10. Document patient’s information on the transfer forms and handed over to the referral hospital team on arrival at the hospital.
11. Offering first aid and advanced life support to clients while in transit.
12. Facilitate in trainings like First Aid training and Fire fighting
13. Conduct health education and preventive medicine sessions while in the field.
14. Inventory management to keep track of the stock, equipment’s and drugs in all ambulances.
15. Daily maintenance of ambulances in terms of cleanliness, sanitizing and disinfection.

Key Performance Indicators
1. Ensure 98% level of Patient satisfaction for emergency and non-emergency patients attended too on a daily basis.
2. Maintain 90% preparedness of ambulance in-terms of drugs, medical equipment and cleanliness at all times on a daily basis.
3. Maintain accuracy of patient information for all calls attended too on a daily basis.
4. Ensure a 90% level Patient/client outcome at the emergency scene, while on transit and on arrival at the hospital.

Minimum Education Requirement
1. Minimum of a Bachelors of Nursing Science or Science in Nursing.
2. Qualification in ACLS is a MUST.
3. BLS,ALS and First Aid Training

Minimum Professional Requirements
1. Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in similar position with emergency service providers.
2. Proficient computer and hospital software.
3. Excellent written and communication skills.
4. Good time management skills.
5. Honest and Trustworthy.
