TotalEnergies EP UGANDA (COMPANY) in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area 1 (CA-1) and License Area 2 North (LA -2N), in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and reputable contractors to express their interest in providing Inspection and Corrosion Services during the Operational phase in respect of the Tilenga Project, Lake Albert Basin, Republic of Uganda.
General Field Development DescriptionThe Tilenga oil and associated gas development is located in the Northern area of Lake Albert in Uganda and covers the fields in CA-1 block and the Northern part of LA-2 block (Tilenga Project).
The major development surface facilities include the following:• Wellpads (31) and the upstream gathering network
• The Industrial Area containing temporary facilities and the Central Processing Facility (CPF)
• The associated supporting infrastructure (camps, roads, aerodromes etc.)
Inspection and Corrosion Services
The Scope of Work covers the provision of Inspection and Corrosion Services on Site during the Operational phase.
The activities will include but not limited to:• Conventional Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): UT, MT, PT, ET, RT1 as defined in ISO 9712
• Corrosion Monitoring and Cathodic Protection (CP): coupon retrieval, CP ON/OFF measurement, monitoring of output voltage and current of Transformer / Rectifier, etc....
• Lifting Equipment inspection: visual inspection, thorough inspection and NDT, function/load test, etc...
• Rope access
• Non-conventional NDT
• Other specialized services: on-site inspector (pressure vessel, piping, storage tank, etc...), inspection and corrosion engineering, isometric and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
Interested Companies will be required to demonstrate the following minimum capabilities in bidder Pre-qualification process:
• Minimum 5 years operational experience in inspection and corrosion activities in oil and gas facilities, or in other industrial facilities
• Conventional NDT technicians are certified as per ISO 9712 requirements (Level 2 as a minimum)
• Rope access personnel are IRATA certified (Level 1 to Level 3)
• Availability of trained/qualified/certified and experienced personnel in provision of the above said activities
Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Management system, Quality Policy and related procedures in compliance with local and international standards
• Possess audited financial accounts for the past 3 years and are current with all tax remittance obligations
• Able to comply with relevant statutory National Content requirements
• Current registration to, or application to be registered to, the National Supplier Database of the Petroleum Authority of Uganda.

This email shall be supported with a Company Profile that minimally includes a description of relevant company experience per type of activity listed above and including a working email address contact + telephone number.
A dedicated workshop will be organized for parties that express interest clarifying the detailed scope requirements. Pre-qualification questionnaire(s) will then be issued after the workshop via the Company's e-sourcing tool ARIBA.
