JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively seeking new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wheat market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s wheat products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in food manufacturing or the wheat industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel as required.

Bachelor Degree
