JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, analysing data for growth insights, and conducting market research to identify potential leads in the human resources management sector. The role involves collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, making strategic recommendations, and taking the lead in addressing potential commercial issues.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop strategies for lead generation, monitor and analyse lead conversion rates, and report on the success and failure rates of lead generation efforts.
• Assess the competitiveness of the company's services in the market and recommend strategies to improve market positioning and increase the company's success in the marketplace.
• Operationalize the Sales and commercial strategy for the company to drive business growth and achieve targets.
• Ensure all internal alignment requirements for customers' proposals and new pricing requirements are managed effectively.
• Manage pricing and commercial arrangements to support profitable business transactions.
• Conduct market research to gather insights into the competition and identify potential areas of business growth.
• Build and manage positive client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Take a lead role in addressing and resolving commercial issues that may arise during business operations.
• Participate in the preparation and submission of RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and other customer requests to win new business opportunities.
• Perform any other duty as directed by line management to support the overall business objectives.
COMPETENCES
Skills critical to the role:
• Knowledge of local and international business environments.
• Negotiation skills and customer relationship management are essential, along with experience in client-facing relationships/business development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal functional groups to optimize service offerings, enhance customer experience, and resolve issues is crucial for success in this role.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Mandatory requirements:
• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience
• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales and activities in dynamic business environments.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
