Job Purpose:
• Attainment of sales targets, product availability, customer service, product promotion and
• market development of a given sales territory as well as driving digital transformation
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Achievement of sales and volume target/Sell out
• Visit POCS and drive call compliance and call effectiveness
• Drive market share in a given Territory
• Compile daily, weekly, Monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit to management.
• Drive product availability with full product portfolio as per TSP guidelines /IRVP
• Drive and maintain good Relationship with customers and consumers/Human touch
• Execute channel pricing /RRP and Price Parity as per NBL price strategy
• Drive Consumer and Retail promotions as per promo plan and compile promo evaluations with clear Return on investment (ROI)
• Compile Competitor trade practices and report to sales manager
• Initiate trade development plans and cascade to the sales manager for implementation
• Safeguard all company assets in the trade, Coolers, Brand houses, signages, vehicles, phones
• Promote Digital Transformation agenda, Bees Buyers, Bees share, Bees Force and ensure compliancy.
Key attributes and competencies:
• Must be holder of a Degree/ Diploma from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in a FMCG Environment will be advantageous.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License; i.e., 2 years’ experience in driving and accident free.
• Be able to work independently.
• Good computer skills and analytical insights
• Highly competent in numeracy
• Must be presentable, good communicator, motivated, disciplined and ambitious.
• Must be willing to work and travel anywhere within Uganda.
Profile:
Education:
• Must be holder of a Degree/ Diploma from a recognized institution.
Experience:
• 2 years experience in a FMCG Environment will be advantageous.
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License; i.e. 2 years’ experience in driving and accident free.
