JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
To support financial management in line with the PFM Act 2015 and other financial regulations.

Key Functions:
• To process staff personal emoluments.
• To prepare budget estimates and compute all revenues.
• To receive and disburse funds as authorized.
• To maintain proper cash accounts and prepare both monthly and daily abstracts.
• To prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and books of accounts.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authority.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Should have a Uganda Diploma in Business Studies (UDBS) - Accounting Option OR Diploma in Business Administration - Accounting Option.

• Knowledge of Accounting procedures.
• Thorough understanding of Accounting Principles and financial management.
• Strong financial and budgeting skills.
