Job Summary
The Social Campsite Manager is responsible for ensuring that project staff houses are maintained in good condition on a regular basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Management of registration electronic control access machine at the campsite.
• Coordinate and supervise the security company’s service providers.
• Liaison with the catering service providers to manage the menus at the canteen.
• Managing all campsite facilities, checking all maintenance and repairs on cleaning services, plumbing, electricity, laundry, and caretakers.
• Daily monitoring and evaluations of Health & safety standards and procedures are in place including waste management.
• Preparing daily waste management reports and recommendations.
• Monitoring the freezer containers to ensure appropriate functioning.
• Control and management of stock to ensure continuous supply.
• Daily preparation of excel reports on campsite operations using pivot summary tables.
• Tracking and control of available accommodation check ins and check outs.
• Enforcement of implementation of the rules and regulations at the campsite.
• Proactive engagement in daily operations at the campsite.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities from time to time as may be assigned by your immediate supervisor in accordance with your job roles and prevailing conditions.

Qualifications and Skills Required.
• Bachelor's in Leisure and Hospitality / Hotel Management and other related qualifications.
• Minimum professional experience of 5 years in Campsite Management or similar functions.
• Strong knowledge of operational SAP (MEP/S4P) processes. *Mandatory*
• Knowledge of MS Office, and Excel pivot summary tables (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
