Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client Mota-Engil-Uganda, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Structural Concrete Works Superintendent to work in Uganda.
Position: Structural Concrete Works Superintendent.
Department: Production.

Job summary:
The role holder will be responsible for supervising structural works on the project.

Key roles and responsibilities
• Carry out inspections to assess their structural quality
• Evaluate and check drawings and sketches
• Monitor Material Quality
• Ensure workplace safety is practised
• Supervision of workers to obtain top quality and efficiency
• Assist and Train Team members
• Monitor material quality, inspect & troubleshoot materials.
• Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

Qualifications, Skills, and Education required.
• Higher National Diploma in civil engineering or Certificate/training in a related field with 5 years of experience in a related role.
• 12 years of proven work experience with advanced knowledge of construction operations and equipment.
• Advanced Knowledge in concrete and structural works.
• Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, plans and sketches.
• Previous experience in international projects.
• Teamwork.
• Availability to work in multicultural environments and in different geographic areas.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
