1. Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following Supplies highlighted below:

The Bidding document (a) shall be inspected and issued at Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Annex Plot 12 Hamlington Road-Opposite Serena Hotel Staff Gate, Procurement Office- 2^nd Floor.

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents for each procurement mentioned above may be purchased by interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be cash deposited at the following Bank Account in names of (Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited), as below:

3. The bidding document, prepared in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application on their company letterhead.

1. Protection Panels Installation (Mbarara North Substation)
Scope:

• Supply, install, test and commission protection panels for the Mbarara North Substation
• Ensure compliance with UETCL technical specifications and IEC standards
• Provide operation and maintenance manuals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in substation protection systems installation
• Certification in power system protection
• Minimum 5 similar completed projects

2. Transmission Line Materials Supply
Scope:

• Supply conductors, stay wires and accessories for 132kV lines
• Deliver wooden poles meeting UETCL specifications
• Provide material test certificates

Requirements:

• Manufacturing capability for transmission line materials
• Valid ISO certification for quality management
• Experience supplying to electricity utilities

3. Reconductorization Project Support
Scope:

• Supply specialized conductors and accessories
• Coordinate delivery to multiple project sites
• Provide technical support during installation

Requirements:

• Experience in power line reconductorization projects
• Logistics capacity for nationwide deliveries
• Engineering team for technical support
