JOB DETAILS:

• Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the Project.
• Work with subcontractors to complete project within given timeframe.
• Coordinate works between multiple contractors.
• Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Set an example for H3SE objectives and work with site personnel to comply with requirements.
• Monitor compliance with project procedures and execution strategies.
• Evaluate weekly work plans and workload to optimize subcontractor work execution.
• Review and comment on Subcontractor documentation.
• Develop relationships with key internal/external customers to identify emerging needs.
• Anticipate demands to align operational priorities.
• Resolve complex problems that have implications beyond own area.
• Studying the preferred methods of installation and jacking plans.
• Supporting other disciplines as required.
• Ensure erection and installation is complete and to project drawings and specifications.
• High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct
• Ensure that the National Content Plan is followed by all parties (McDermott and Subcontractors).
• Completion coordination and tracing ready for commissioning activities.
• Training and advancement of local employees and ensuring that knowledge of the company's policies, processes and procedures are communicated, as well as Oil and Gas construction processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred or sufficient experience of site execution.
• Proficient computer skills- MS Office Suite.
• Worked with international contractors on complex multi discipline Oil and Gas construction projects.
