Currently, Carlcare is providing full service support for TECNO, Infinix and Itel, three worldwide famous mobile phone brands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify individual and organizational training needs through job analysis and performance of the staff.
• The jobholder will design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs
• Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment
• Actively participate in product development projects and facilitate product education for all staff
• Develop effective induction programs and regularly conduct refresher training
• The jobholder will also manage the delivery of training and development programs
• Keenly monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Organize training venues and logistics as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicant for the Infinix Trainer job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or technical course
• At least two years of training experience particularly handling training.
