Job Purpose
To achieve sales plan and create a customer delight culture through effective management and development of the Yamalube Sales
Job Responsibilities
• Achievement of targets; Prospecting for Yamalube Business
• Customer Needs Analysis & maintain customer relationships
• Selling the Yamalube oil & benefits
• Follow up through sales processes from prospecting to delivery
• Customer updates and timely follow up of all transactions
• Debtor management & timely collection
• Attend to customer inquiries & complaints & respond promptly as per the requests
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Tender Sales Management & ensure timely submission
• New customer acquisition & retention of the existing customers
• Customer Data base management (Maintain accurate & clean data base)
• Self Development
• Respond to all customer inquiries received from any media platform within 24 hours
• Any duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in any Business related discipline.
• One years' experience in a Sales role in the automotive industry or related industry
• Valid Driver's/ Rider's license
