JOB DETAILS:
After-sale Coordinator

Job Purpose:
Take good care of complains and after-sale request from our customers and coordinate engineers. After the service is done, follow up with customer and generate reports. Improve the efficiency and performance of the engineers and satisfy our existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take after-sales demand calls from our customers.
• Assign and coordinate engineers to do the after-sale service.
• Follow up engineers' progress timely.
• Follow up customers after the after-sale service is done.
• Generate reports.

Key Requirements:
• Having experience in management positions or experience in after sale service.
• With good communication skills and able to generate charts and reports using office software.

Academic & Professional Qualifications
• No requirements.

Experience and Achievements
• We can provide training on our products and machines, hence no engineering or machinery knowledges is needed.
