JOB DETAILS:
Strategic Planning Market Analysis:
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the welding and fabrication sector.
• Identify emerging technologies, materials, and practices in welding and fabrication.

Business Growth Strategies:
• Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets or enhance existing operations.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities in manufacturing, engineering, and consultancy services.

Sales and Client Acquisition Client Relationships:
• Identify potential clients in industries such as construction, oil & gas, automotive, and manufacturing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Proposal Development:
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotes tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to offer customized welding solutions.

Partnerships and Networking Industry Collaborations:
• Establish partnerships with other firms, suppliers, and institutions for joint projects.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company.

Academic Partnerships:
• Partner with educational institutions for skill development programs in welding and fabrication.
• Engage with government and private organizations for funding or co-development opportunities.

Product and Service Development Innovative Solutions:
• Collaborate with the technical team to innovate new products or services in welding and fabrication.
• Ensure offerings align with market demand, such as advanced welding techniques or eco-friendly fabrication methods.

Training Programs:
• Develop and promote educational programs for welding professionals and enthusiasts. Ensure training modules meet industry standards and certifications.

Operational Management Team Coordination:
• Work closely with production, engineering, and consultancy teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback and input on manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

Performance Monitoring:
