JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax, use tax, and income tax
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and related business courses
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software, Tally
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
