Our Client is a manufacturer of high-quality plates, seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join their team! The factory produces a wide range of plates for various industries, and they’re looking for someone to lead their sales efforts.

Job Summary:
As Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the production team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Collaborate with production team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities

Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment
