About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming raw footage into compelling video content, maintaining the high-quality standards that Next Media is known for.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished, high-quality videos.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other stakeholders to ensure videos meet project goals and deadlines.
• Enhance video content with graphics, sound effects, transitions, and music.
• Ensure all video content aligns with Next Media's brand and editorial guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing tools, trends, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as a Video Editor (experience in the media/broadcasting industry is an advantage).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and visual composition.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of creativity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
