The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development through the Resource Enhancement and Accountability Programme (REAP) invites sealed proposals from eligible consultancy firms to develop a tailor made module on Parliamentary oversight of the national budget and accountability processes. The module is expected to enhance capacity of Members of Parliament thereby improving the performance of Parliamentary oversight committees.
