JOB DETAILS:
One of our partners, a renowned hospitality brand in Uganda, is seeking a talented Front Office Supervisor to join their team!
Requirements include:
• 3+ years in a similar role
• Expertise in Opera and other hotel systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• A passion for customer service
• Flexibility for varying shifts
Responsibilities include:
• Supervising front desk operations
• Training and developing staff
• Handling guest complaints
• Managing room inventory and assignments
• Collaborating with other departments
• Analyzing and improving front desk performance
Education Requirement: No Requirements
