JOB DETAILS:
Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company, is looking for a skilled and experienced Training and Development Officer to join our client’s dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. This role involves executing and providing guidance to ensure the successful implementation of the organization’s Training function and Competence Assurance Management System.

Key Responsibilities,
• Oversee the implementation of the L3.2-HR-P007-UG Competence Assurance process.
• Work with field and office personnel to identify training needs and ensure competency development.
• Design and implement training programs and schedules based on identified needs.
• Develop and manage the company’s training matrix/program in line with client requirements and industry standards.
• Create and update instructional curricula for external training programs.
• Conduct due diligence when adding technical providers or consultants to the Approved Vendors List, in compliance with the L3.2-HR-P006-UG Training Management policy.
• Collect and analyze data to prepare regular training reports.
• Assist in developing and mentoring high-potential candidates, in collaboration with the department manager/head.
• Manage training administration tasks, including course bookings, logistics, generating certificates, updating records, and verifying claims for field personnel.
• Analyze training requirements to support budget preparation.
• Maintain training records for all employees and coordinate with project teams to manage field data.
• Prepare and update system documents within the scope of work responsibilities.
• Organize and assess the effectiveness of employee training programs for continuous improvement.
Monitor and update the Company’s certificate matrix.
• Manage training and travel arrangements for employees going abroad, including pre-departure education, passport, visa and work permit management.
• Ensure proper implementation of the L3.2-HR-P026-UG Employee Induction and Orientation procedure.
• Supervise subordinates to ensure they have the necessary qualifications and experience for safe and efficient task performance.
• Perform duties related to the company’s integrated management system.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience in Training and HSE is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
