JOB DETAILS:
Madhvani Group, a leading international professionally managed industrial and services group, engaged in diversified operations wish to recruit the following positions for their operations at all Capital Towns of East and Central Africa.
Post: Sales Manager.

The incumbent will be responsible for, achievement of budgeted sales targets, liaise with govt. bodies to obtain required clearances in time, budgeting for sales volumes and achieving the same by setting up distribution network to ensure widespread reach, ensure placement in top of the line hyper-marts, monitor outstanding to ensure timely realization of receivables, identify and liaise with institutional customers, market intel for competitors’ activities, undertaking promotional campaigns and merchandising campaigns.

The candidate would be a graduate /post graduate degree in Marketing or Business Management with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar position in selling potable alcohol / FMCG products to various markets in Kenya. Computer literacy and willingness to travel is essential.
